Welcome to the homepage of Kristoffer Hougaard MadsenMy research interest include mainly neuroimaging and machine learning applied to neuroimaging experiments, at this homepage you can find information about this and related research topics.
I have obtained a master degree in engineering physics from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and has since been pursuing a PhD in machine learning applied to neuroimaging experiments at Informatics and Mathematical Modelling also at DTU. My main area of expertise is within planning and execution of of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) studies in particular including the analysis of spatiotemporal data from such experiments.
I am currently employed at the Danish Research Centre for Magnetic Resonance where I have in fact been affiliated ever since I started my master thesis project in 2004 which was also concerned with analysis of fMRI data.
